Narrative:

I was called by phone on the night of apr/wed/02 to perform pilot services on apr/thu/02. I showed up, did the flight, and without thinking about asking if this was a part 135 charter or not. Later, after thinking about the situation, I called the PIC and found out it was indeed a part 135 charter and for a company that I am not trained or taken any check rides for. On top of that, we exceeded duty time. The problem was not discovered by me until the next day apr/fri/02. That is the day I called the PIC and started asking him questions about the flight. The corrective action I am taking is refusing payment for the flight and not doing any more -pilot services for this company.
