Narrative:

We accepted an immediate takeoff clearance with traffic on short final. In a rush to complete line-up items, forgot that the SID calls for runway heading to 1000 ft before turning left to assigned heading. We started to turn too soon but corrected back. Will use more discretion in the future when accepting an immediate takeoff clearance.
