Narrative:

Informed by flight attendants of an unconscious passenger. Declared medical emergency with ZMP and approach, requested priority handling, cleared direct OM runway 12R. Inbound, passenger attended by nurse passenger volunteer, was given oxygen, and regained consciousness. Paramedics requested and responded. Passenger much better at gate arrival. Released by paramedics and sent on to connecting flight.
