Narrative:

At 90 KTS, received engine master caution light -- no other indications. Captain rejected takeoff at 95 KTS. Rejected takeoff checklist and after landing checklist completed and returned to gate. Bite test showed pitot probe heat switch off. Switch was confirmed on during after start checklist, visually by captain and first officer, and on before takeoff checklist recall check. Also, switches were physically turned off and on after landing checklist. Maintenance mentioned could have been a bit fault error. Have had fault errors before. Write-up was cleared by maintenance and we taxied out to runway for departure again.
