Narrative:

Approximately 3 hours after takeoff from mad, the flight attendant #2 noticed an unusual vibration on the right floor in the area of the right aft lavatory. On investigation, the vibration seemed to run up the right aisle of the business class galley. The pilots were informed, examined the vibration area, tried turning several switches off with no improvement. The company was informed and the decision was made to land at ter. We returned to mia the following morning on a plane ferried in from lhr.

Title: A B763 CREW, ENRTE MADRID, SPAIN (LEMD) TO MIA, WERE INFORMED BY THE CABIN CREW OF AN UNUSUAL VIBRATION EMANATING FROM THE AFT CABIN. A DIVERSION TO TERCEIRA, AZORES (LPLA) WAS ACCOMPLISHED, WHEN ATTEMPTS TO THWART THAT VIBRATION FAILED.

Narrative: APPROX 3 HRS AFTER TKOF FROM MAD, THE FLT ATTENDANT #2 NOTICED AN UNUSUAL VIBRATION ON THE R FLOOR IN THE AREA OF THE R AFT LAVATORY. ON INVESTIGATION, THE VIBRATION SEEMED TO RUN UP THE R AISLE OF THE BUSINESS CLASS GALLEY. THE PLTS WERE INFORMED, EXAMINED THE VIBRATION AREA, TRIED TURNING SEVERAL SWITCHES OFF WITH NO IMPROVEMENT. THE COMPANY WAS INFORMED AND THE DECISION WAS MADE TO LAND AT TER. WE RETURNED TO MIA THE FOLLOWING MORNING ON A PLANE FERRIED IN FROM LHR.
