B737-800 flight crew mistakenly turned on the wrong taxiway at alb and crossed an active runway during taxi out. When they realized their error they informed the tower controller and were directed back to their original taxi routing.

Narrative:
On taxi out to runway 01 in alb, accidentally crossed an active runway 19/01. Was told to taxi to runway 01 via taxiway a, and instead taxied on taxiway C across runway 01/19. No aircraft were on takeoff roll or final approach. Ground reclred us back across runway 01/19 to taxi back on taxiway a to runway 01.

Title: B737-800 FLC MISTAKENLY TURNED ON THE WRONG TXWY AT ALB AND CROSSED AN ACTIVE RWY DURING TAXI OUT. WHEN THEY REALIZED THEIR ERROR THEY INFORMED THE TWR CTLR AND WERE DIRECTED BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL TAXI ROUTING.
Narrative: ON TAXI OUT TO RWY 01 IN ALB, ACCIDENTALLY CROSSED AN ACTIVE RWY 19/01. WAS TOLD TO TAXI TO RWY 01 VIA TXWY A, AND INSTEAD TAXIED ON TXWY C ACROSS RWY 01/19. NO ACFT WERE ON TKOF ROLL OR FINAL APCH. GND RECLRED US BACK ACROSS RWY 01/19 TO TAXI BACK ON TXWY A TO RWY 01.
