Narrative:

Passenger boarded demands to have a first class seat, refuses to put luggage away, had confrontation with me (purser). He said he was paying for a first class ticket, but he was trying to upgrade with mileage. Took a first class passenger's bag out of overhead bin in first class and set it down in first class. Another first class passenger said he had a fight with her before boarding. Passenger in question changes into inappropriate clothing. This passenger was very rude and was getting in the way of flight attendant (purser) duties. The captain had to go talk to them before we could shut the door.

Title: A B762 CABIN CREW WERE CONFRONTED BY A PAX WITH BIZARRE BEHAVIOR.

Narrative: PAX BOARDED DEMANDS TO HAVE A FIRST CLASS SEAT, REFUSES TO PUT LUGGAGE AWAY, HAD CONFRONTATION WITH ME (PURSER). HE SAID HE WAS PAYING FOR A FIRST CLASS TICKET, BUT HE WAS TRYING TO UPGRADE WITH MILEAGE. TOOK A FIRST CLASS PAX'S BAG OUT OF OVERHEAD BIN IN FIRST CLASS AND SET IT DOWN IN FIRST CLASS. ANOTHER FIRST CLASS PAX SAID HE HAD A FIGHT WITH HER BEFORE BOARDING. PAX IN QUESTION CHANGES INTO INAPPROPRIATE CLOTHING. THIS PAX WAS VERY RUDE AND WAS GETTING IN THE WAY OF FLT ATTENDANT (PURSER) DUTIES. THE CAPT HAD TO GO TALK TO THEM BEFORE WE COULD SHUT THE DOOR.
