Narrative:

Taxiing sbound on ramp area. Crossed departure end of runway 26, which was active. Ground controller noted aircraft was taxiing sbound for departure off runway 35/17, which was closed. Instructed to do 180 degree turn on taxiway. Held short of runway 26 on south side, received taxi clearance to cross runway and proceed eastbound on parallel taxiway for runway 26 departure. ATC/ground controller made no comments about taxiing. There were no aircraft in the pattern or using runway. Ground controller/tower controller was same individual. There was a CE550 taxiing out for departure on parallel for runway 26. Only 2 aircraft being handled by ATC.

Title: C560 FLC MISTAKENLY STARTED TAXIING TO A CLOSED RWY AND WHILE DOING SO TAXIED ACROSS AN ACTIVE RWY APCH END. TWR CTLR NOTICED RPTR'S MISTAKE AND TURNED THEM AROUND AND ISSUED HOLD SHORT OF THE ACTIVE RWY.

INSTRUCTED TO DO 180 DEG TURN ON TXWY. HELD SHORT OF RWY 26 ON S SIDE, RECEIVED TAXI CLRNC TO CROSS RWY AND PROCEED EBOUND ON PARALLEL TXWY FOR RWY 26 DEP. ATC/GND CTLR MADE NO COMMENTS ABOUT TAXIING. THERE WERE NO ACFT IN THE PATTERN OR USING RWY. GND CTLR/TWR CTLR WAS SAME INDIVIDUAL. THERE WAS A CE550 TAXIING OUT FOR DEP ON PARALLEL FOR RWY 26. ONLY 2 ACFT BEING HANDLED BY ATC.
