Narrative:

We were returning to cincinnati on a continuous duty from lexington with minimum rest of only 4 1/2 hours in the hotel. We were cleared to land on runway 27. We landed and exited runway on first available turn. ATC gave no exit instructions. First available turn was runway 18R and we made next immediate right turn onto taxiway. I had no idea that there was an aircraft approaching to land on runway 18R. Tower made the plane landing on runway 18R go around and then told us that we would need to contact the tower. To my knowledge there was no ATIS change to let me know that runway 18R was active. I did not know there was an aircraft on final for runway 18R. I made the first turn available knowing that traffic followed to land on runway 27.
