Narrative:

While at cruise at FL290 we had TCASII RA for traffic moving left to right. Traffic was at 1200 ft climbing rapidly heading west. We climbed to FL300 and notified ATC immediately. After clear of conflict, returned to FL290.

Title: CL65 FLC CLBED 1000 FT ABOVE ASSIGNED CRUISING ALT IN RESPONSE TO A TCASII RA AND NOTIFIED ATC WHEN RETURNING TO ASSIGNED ALT.

Narrative: WHILE AT CRUISE AT FL290 WE HAD TCASII RA FOR TFC MOVING L TO R. TFC WAS AT 1200 FT CLBING RAPIDLY HDG W. WE CLBED TO FL300 AND NOTIFIED ATC IMMEDIATELY. AFTER CLR OF CONFLICT, RETURNED TO FL290.
