Narrative:

Agreed to watch for traffic as safety pilot for pilot while he would be under the hood. He had checked weather NOTAMS on his home computer and found no appropriate NOTAMS on tfrs, flight was south out of ZZZ airport to ZZZ2 VOR, at 3500 MSL, then west on 271 radial from ZZZ2. A short time after turn on 271 radial, F16 appeared off right wing. Told pilot to lift hood which he did, as F16 then went off left wing then right then left and broke off contact, meanwhile, pilot tried to contact F16 on 121.5, which was monitored since take off, no response. Course was altered to north. Unknown person directed to contact ZZZ2. Tried no response. Presumed copy wrong frequency. Continued to monitor 121.5 back to ZZZ1 airport. Upon landing tower instructed to call TRACON. Navigation was done off current sectional aeronautical chart. Prohibited area as depicted was observed and navigated around without entry.

Title: CESSNA 172 PLT INADVERTENTLY PENETRATED TFR AIRSPACE DUE TO LACK OF NOTAM INFO AND NO INDICATION ON THE CURRENT AERO SECTIONAL CHART. A MIL ACFT INTERCEPTED THEIR ACFT TO POINT OUT THEIR PENETRATION.

A SHORT TIME AFTER TURN ON 271 RADIAL, F16 APPEARED OFF R WING. TOLD PLT TO LIFT HOOD WHICH HE DID, AS F16 THEN WENT OFF L WING THEN R THEN L AND BROKE OFF CONTACT, MEANWHILE, PLT TRIED TO CONTACT F16 ON 121.5, WHICH WAS MONITORED SINCE TAKE OFF, NO RESPONSE. COURSE WAS ALTERED TO N. UNKNOWN PERSON DIRECTED TO CONTACT ZZZ2. TRIED NO RESPONSE. PRESUMED COPY WRONG FREQUENCY. CONTINUED TO MONITOR 121.5 BACK TO ZZZ1 ARPT. UPON LANDING TWR INSTRUCTED TO CALL TRACON. NAVIGATION WAS DONE OFF CURRENT SECTIONAL AERONAUTICAL CHART. PROHIBITED AREA AS DEPICTED WAS OBSERVED AND NAVIGATED AROUND WITHOUT ENTRY.
