Narrative:
Level at FL330 on the gso 058 degree radial outbound, we got an RA to descend. We started an immediate descent and at FL327 the RA went away and a TA from a plane below us illuminated. We climbed back to FL330 and notified ATC about our conflict and maneuvering. ATC responded that we were not in his airspace and did not see the conflict. Rest of flight uneventful.

Title: B727 FLC INITIATE EVASIVE MANEUVERS DUE TO 2 OTHER CONFLICTING ACFT. ZDC'S RESPONSE IS THAT THE ACFT IS ON THE WRONG FREQ.
Narrative: LEVEL AT FL330 ON THE GSO 058 DEG RADIAL OUTBOUND, WE GOT AN RA TO DSND. WE STARTED AN IMMEDIATE DSCNT AND AT FL327 THE RA WENT AWAY AND A TA FROM A PLANE BELOW US ILLUMINATED. WE CLBED BACK TO FL330 AND NOTIFIED ATC ABOUT OUR CONFLICT AND MANEUVERING. ATC RESPONDED THAT WE WERE NOT IN HIS AIRSPACE AND DID NOT SEE THE CONFLICT. REST OF FLT UNEVENTFUL.
