Narrative:

Our flight was level at 2500 ft just west of leehi LOM with clearance for a visual approach to abe runway 6 when ATC canceled our approach clearance and alerted us to traffic close aboard and below us climbing out from a satellite airport. While searching for that traffic, a single engine high wing airplane passed in front of us from right to left and slightly above. That aircraft did not appear on radar and did not appear on our TCASII. Clear of traffic, ATC issued the visual approach and we landed without further incident.
