Narrative:

On a pleasure flight at about 2600 ft MSL on 12/sun/01, about XA00. As approaching ZZZ, called ZZZ approach for flight following and as a courtesy. Was notified by ZZZ approach I was in tfr airspace. I reviewed the tfr and noted I had indeed transitioned approximately 3 to 4 NM in the tfr for ZZZ, us. I used commercial radio for my preflight briefing and was not thorough enough in my reading of the NOTAMS. As far as preventing this same occurrence in the future, especially during america's crisis, a phone call to the FSS should be done, in addition to relying on commercial service. I maintained flight following with ZZZ throughout the remainder of my flight as assurance to keep clear of designated tfr airspace.
