I was given an assignment by scheduling to pick up an aircraft from ZZZ. I arrived at ZZZ and completed the flight to ZZZ1. The next day, dec/wed/01, I became aware that a test flight should have been performed. I was never made aware that a test flight should be performed. I had also not been briefed by maintenance, nor any other technical representative, of the company.

Narrative: I WAS GIVEN AN ASSIGNMENT BY SCHEDULING TO PICK UP AN ACFT FROM ZZZ. I ARRIVED AT ZZZ AND COMPLETED THE FLT TO ZZZ1. THE NEXT DAY, DEC/WED/01, I BECAME AWARE THAT A TEST FLT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PERFORMED. I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE THAT A TEST FLT SHOULD BE PERFORMED. I HAD ALSO NOT BEEN BRIEFED BY MAINT, NOR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL REPRESENTATIVE, OF THE COMPANY.
