Narrative:
On night visual approach, we got a 'caution, terrain' warning on egpws. Corrected flight path and landed without further incident. Suggest either no night visuals to runway 34L at rno or a charted visual approach procedure with altitudes to keep aircraft above terrain.

Title: AN A320 CREW, ON APCH TO RNO, RECEIVED A GPWS WARNING 'CAUTION, TERRAIN.' THEY ADJUSTED THEIR FLT PATH ACCORDINGLY.
Narrative: ON NIGHT VISUAL APCH, WE GOT A 'CAUTION, TERRAIN' WARNING ON EGPWS. CORRECTED FLT PATH AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. SUGGEST EITHER NO NIGHT VISUALS TO RWY 34L AT RNO OR A CHARTED VISUAL APCH PROC WITH ALTS TO KEEP ACFT ABOVE TERRAIN.
