Narrative:

Mechanic X and myself were assigned to clear 3 discrepancies on aircraft XXX. In the process of placarding the mid lavatory inoperative due to an external leak, we were pulled off of the aircraft to avoid paid lunches. XA55 hours, 2 other mechanics were assigned to finish the job without the benefit of a written or verbal turnover. With less than 5 mins to get back to the break-room before the paid lunches would take effect, we were rushed off the job. Subsequently the aircraft left the gate without a lavatory clamp installed on the service port or an inoperative sticker at the service panel. When mechanics Y and Z returned from the aircraft we inquired about the MEL compliance. They were unaware that the compliance had not been met. At this time we all approached the supervisor on duty and requested that the aircraft be brought back to the gate so we could comply with the MEL. Supervisor ignored these requests and stated the plane was off the gate and that he would phone the down-line station ZZZ1 to finish the compliance.
