Narrative:
I was assigned to aircraft to work on PIREP #17 about a rudder problem. I performed a visual inspection of all visible moving parts and explained that aircraft needed further checks as per 27-21-00, but someone printed my name into the logbook. I did not initial this item. Please have my name removed from this item. Supplemental information from acn 530451: after reviewing the logbook and work pack I realized that the work I called out for was not accomplished and that my name and employee number was printed in the logbook.

Narrative: I WAS ASSIGNED TO ACFT TO WORK ON PIREP #17 ABOUT A RUDDER PROB.
