Narrative:

Flying the marvn 1 arrival into oak, we were given 'cross volta at 13000 ft then marvn at 11000 ft.' I was flying the descent and the captain repeated the clearance. At marvn, we were at 11000 ft. Approach cleared us nicut to catty and wanted to know why we were not at 10000 ft as previously cleared. The captain said we were cleared to 11000 ft as on the arrival. The approach controller said, 'the approach plate had a mistake you are cleared to 10000 ft.' nothing else was said. There was no other traffic or TCASII advisories. Approach handed us off uneventfully.
