Narrative:

Items a/C discrepancies which were noted on arrival ZZZ1 and discussed with onboard mechanic (no station maintenance in ZZZ1). Were written up as station ZZZ1 on maintenance logbook on ground ZZZ1 or en route ZZZ2 and mechanic was not aware of write-ups until after arrival ZZZ2. All items were deferrable and not safety of flight with possible exception of birdstrike on arrival ZZZ1. Should have written up in ZZZ1 for signoff/placarding prior to departure. My fatigue at that point of trip may have contributed to my error as well as anxiety about getting late trip back on schedule and saving time on tkk stopover.
