Narrative:

Normal touchdown using flaps 28 degrees, winds 170 degrees/13 KTS gusting 20 KTS, throttles approximately one knob width above idle at touchdown. Spoilers deployed normally but seemed to bounce off the aft stop and fully retracted. Spoilers were then deployed manually. Remainder of landing was uneventful. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the airplane was landed smoothly with the thrust levers slightly above normal idle. The reporter said the ground spoilers deployed normally then immediately retracted disarming the autobraking system. The reporter stated a log entry was made and the ground spoiler system was ground checked per the maintenance manual and found ok by maintenance.
