Cessna 172 pilot takes evasive action during final approach to a closed tower airport by making a go around to avoid a piper navajo just above him on landing approach. The navajo landed and was never heard on unicom making a position report.

Narrative:
Aircraft #1 on final approach to runway 20 at sac. Aircraft #1 reported final on CTAF. Aircraft #2, not heard by either the PIC or passenger (licensed pilot), suddenly appeared high (about 20-30 ft), above aircraft #1, and descending. Aircraft #2 landed mid-field, aircraft #1 aborted landing. Aircraft #2 departed by the time #1 had completed landing. Clear night, no traffic reports were ever heard from aircraft #2.
