Aircraft #2 ground speed increased speed from 410 KTS to 460 KTS. I vectored aircraft #2 turn left heading 205 degrees. Aircraft #2 issued descent FL370. Aircraft #1 vectored 40 degrees left. Separation lost. The actual wind verified by 2 other aircraft 330 degrees at 45 KTS.
