Narrative:
I called kankakee FSS to learn if I could relocate an airplane from igq to lot VFR. I explained I was a private asel VFR pilot. The briefer indicated that it would be ok if it was a proficiency or training flight. I flew the plane from outside to inside enhanced class B airspace (lot). I have just learned that either I was misinformed or else I misunderstood the briefer when I called just prior to my flight.

Narrative: I CALLED KANKAKEE FSS TO LEARN IF I COULD RELOCATE AN AIRPLANE FROM IGQ TO LOT VFR. I EXPLAINED I WAS A PRIVATE ASEL VFR PLT. THE BRIEFER INDICATED THAT IT WOULD BE OK IF IT WAS A PROFICIENCY OR TRAINING FLT. I FLEW THE PLANE FROM OUTSIDE TO INSIDE ENHANCED CLASS B AIRSPACE (LOT). I HAVE JUST LEARNED THAT EITHER I WAS MISINFORMED OR ELSE I MISUNDERSTOOD THE BRIEFER WHEN I CALLED JUST PRIOR TO MY FLT.
