Narrative:

I have noticed at lga that the VOR was moved .4 mi. This put a question on the single engine departure procedure on how to do the procedure with the VOR moved. There are bearings from an NDB to do it; but if you do not look at the fdc NOTAMS; I believe pilots will normally use the VOR DME in order to know when to do the turns. I think the chart should be revised to correct the VOR move. I feel just having the bearings from the NDB is unsafe and normally crews would not have the NDB needle up on the screens. The company is putting a note on the releases; but I think this should be a temporary fix only and a new chart should be made.
