Narrative:

During boarding one of the flight attendants informed me that four middle eastern men had boarded and were sitting near each other. Some of the passenger and flight attendants were nervous about those men being on board. The passenger in seat 1C used vulgar language to a flight attendant and I told the agent to remove him. A little later one of the middle eastern men made eye contact with one of the flight attendants in a manner that she perceived as threatening and intimidating. She was in the cockpit crying. All the flight attendants were pretty upset. I told the agent to call police in case we needed them. Then I told the agent to remove the four men from the flight. He asked them to leave and they did without any trouble. We departure 35 mins later.

Title: LGT CREW HAD THREATENING AND INTIMIDATING PAX REMOVED BEFORE THEY LEFT THE GATE.

Narrative: DURING BOARDING ONE OF THE FLT ATTENDANTS INFORMED ME THAT FOUR MIDDLE EASTERN MEN HAD BOARDED AND WERE SITTING NEAR EACH OTHER. SOME OF THE PAX AND FLT ATTENDANTS WERE NERVOUS ABOUT THOSE MEN BEING ON BOARD. THE PAX IN SEAT 1C USED VULGAR LANGUAGE TO A FLT ATTENDANT AND I TOLD THE AGENT TO REMOVE HIM. A LITTLE LATER ONE OF THE MIDDLE EASTERN MEN MADE EYE CONTACT WITH ONE OF THE FLT ATTENDANTS IN A MANNER THAT SHE PERCEIVED AS THREATENING AND INTIMIDATING. SHE WAS IN THE COCKPIT CRYING. ALL THE FLT ATTENDANTS WERE PRETTY UPSET. I TOLD THE AGENT TO CALL POLICE IN CASE WE NEEDED THEM. THEN I TOLD THE AGENT TO REMOVE THE FOUR MEN FROM THE FLT. HE ASKED THEM TO LEAVE AND THEY DID WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE. WE DEP 35 MINS LATER.
