Narrative:

Upon arrival at destination (sdf) I was harassed by a flight operations manager regarding adding necessary additional fuel for anticipated delays into sdf. I was further told that I had exercised bad judgement this week regarding earlier requests for additional fuel as well as mechanical and operational issues. This type of intimidation is clearly intended to chill captain's PIC authority/authorized regarding operational issues. The effect upon the PIC is to add tremendous pressure in order to subvert safety prioritizing schedule. All of the discussion with the flight manager was exclusively concerned with delays that were not of my making. The captain can only react to the circumstances on the line as they arise and must make safe decisions.
