Narrative:

I noticed that the v-spds were missing on the tape on the pfd. I called out 'no v-spds.' someone in the crew called out 'no v-spds abort.' I called out 'reject' and closed the thrust levers applying reverse thrust and took control of the aircraft. We notified tower and taxied off the runway. The appropriate checklist was run and the brake-cooling chart was checked. We were returning to the ramp directed by ramp control. By this point our crew had been on duty for 19 hours and 15 mins. I advised the ground people to check the nose wheel only and to avoid the area around the main gear as we had hot brakes. After inspection of the main gear, I was informed that 6 tires had deflated due to the thermal plugs melting. I contacted dispatch and maintenance control in long beach and advised them of what took place. I inquired whether a call to the director of operations or the chief pilot was necessary at this time. I was told to proceed to the hotel for crew rest and to report in 12 hours for the trip to tpe. We were tired, rushed, and interrupted while trying to accomplish our tasks and I feel this contributed to the events that took place.
