Narrative:

During a simulated 'en route engine out' exercise, the student conducted a correct approach to a very rural open field. This area was a sparsely populated ranch area. As the student conducted his final approach, I noticed a vehicle traveling down a road and approaching the field where we were headed. When I was satisfied with the student's performance, I called for a go around. This was done at approximately 100-150 ft AGL. The vehicle was still approximately 1000 ft away. I am submitting this only to document the maneuver in case the driver of the vehicle was intending to complain as I always stress to my students, we always comply with FARS and attempt to be 'courteous' when it comes to noise abatement and good ambassadors of aviation.
