Narrative:

Vector for ILS runway 21L at dtw, RVR reported as 4000 ft. Approaching decision, had approach lights in sight and we continued the approach. After passing inside decision (approximately 150 to 100 ft), called runway lights in sight to the right at 12:30-1 O'clock position. Airplane maneuvered into position to land and we landed with a bounce. Rollout and braking were normal. Parked at the gate and had left aircraft., went down to operations about 45 min later and was informed aircraft wing had touched and they were looking for captain. Low visibility approach.
