Narrative:

Issued descent to commuter to 9000 ft. Pilot, a few mins later, asked to deviate to left, approved and told pilot to maintain 10000 ft. Mentally, I thought I was stopping him at 11000 ft. Approximately 3 mi, I issued traffic to PA32 who stated he had commuter in sight. Told PA32 to maintain visual. No TCASII alert no conflict alert. Casual factors: first day back. Numerous thunderstorms. Working west radar and final. 9-10 aircraft on frequency.
