Air carrier X, climbing swbound, was in conflict with aircraft Y at 13000 ft (eastbound). When the r-side controller realized the 2 were in conflict, an immediate descent and turn was issued to air carrier X to 11000 ft and heading 270 degrees. A climb and turn was also issued to aircraft Y, climb to FL180 and heading 180 degrees.
