Narrative:

Inadvertently violated no-fly zone south of tuweep (L50), az. I thought the chart I had which was purchased 9/00 was current. It was not. I found this out after landing at pga the next day where a new edition was posted, but none were available for purchase. This violation was repeated on morning departure from L50. While camped overnight at L50, other aircraft were observed flying this same route.

Title: A PLT ENTERS A NO-FLY ZONE DUE TO OPERATING WITH AN OUT-OF-DATE CHART.

Narrative: INADVERTENTLY VIOLATED NO-FLY ZONE S OF TUWEEP (L50), AZ. I THOUGHT THE CHART I HAD WHICH WAS PURCHASED 9/00 WAS CURRENT. IT WAS NOT. I FOUND THIS OUT AFTER LNDG AT PGA THE NEXT DAY WHERE A NEW EDITION WAS POSTED, BUT NONE WERE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. THIS VIOLATION WAS REPEATED ON MORNING DEP FROM L50. WHILE CAMPED OVERNIGHT AT L50, OTHER ACFT WERE OBSERVED FLYING THIS SAME RTE.
