Location: departure end of runway 25R. Flight XXX did a low speed abort due to air carrier crossing downfield without a clearance. My flight XXX had been cleared for takeoff when air carrier Y crossed downfield. The abort was initiated below 60 KTS. Rest of flight uneventful.

Narrative: LOCATION: DEP END OF RWY 25R. FLT XXX DID A LOW SPD ABORT DUE TO ACR XING DOWNFIELD WITHOUT A CLRNC. MY FLT XXX HAD BEEN CLRED FOR TKOF WHEN ACR Y CROSSED DOWNFIELD. THE ABORT WAS INITIATED BELOW 60 KTS. REST OF FLT UNEVENTFUL.
