Narrative:
Didn't get a clearance to land. I was concerned about panel lights that weren't working at the time and forgot to get the clearance from the tower. I was cleared for the visual approach to runway 22 and was supposed to contact tower, but didn't talk to tower until I was on the ground.

Title: RWY INCURSION WHEN A GA TWIN CFI PLT PERFORMS AN UNAUTH LNDG WHEN NOT RECEIVING LNDG CLRNC FROM TWR AT PIA, IL.
Narrative: DIDN'T GET A CLRNC TO LAND. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT PANEL LIGHTS THAT WEREN'T WORKING AT THE TIME AND FORGOT TO GET THE CLRNC FROM THE TWR. I WAS CLRED FOR THE VISUAL APCH TO RWY 22 AND WAS SUPPOSED TO CONTACT TWR, BUT DIDN'T TALK TO TWR UNTIL I WAS ON THE GND.
