Failed to fly reroute. After passing over at FL310 we proceeded outbound on J6 as originally filed. ZME asked what our route was and the first officer told me that we were rerouted by clearance delivery in lga. It was the first officer's leg and the reroute was never passed to me. ZMA told us to proceed to arg as our reroute. It was the first officer who told me that we were rerouted by clearance delivery in lga.

Narrative: FAILED TO FLY REROUTE. AFTER PASSING OVER AT FL310 WE PROCEEDED OUTBOUND ON J6 AS ORIGINALLY FILED.
