Narrative:

Red cabin altitude annunciator light came on climbing through 16000 ft. Descended to 9000 ft. ATC was notified and no traffic conflicts. Outflow valve indicated full closed, both packs were on. At 9000 ft, the cabin was 6000 ft. No other annunciator lights on. With dispatch concurrence through ACARS, proceeded on to msp. Uneventful landing.
