Narrative:

Was cleared visual approach, told there would be numerous departure when cleared to land. At approximately 500-600 ft AGL a dash 8 was cleared for takeoff. Another aircraft was then cleared onto the runway. At approximately 1 mi (300 ft AGL) the controller cleared the second aircraft for takeoff. (Just as the first was lifting off). Decided to go around, had a hard time getting a call off to ATC. ATC replied with you should continue and take a look. (Just what I need, a go around at 100 ft AGL or less, and 3 airplanes airborne in close proximity. Very uncomfortable situation.) by the way, this was my third go around in the last 90 days all for the same reason, and all under 500 ft AGL.
