Narrative:
Air carrier Y was eastbound at FL290. Aircraft X was at FL280 requesting FL350. I climbed aircraft X to FL350. Approximately 20 seconds later, air carrier Y had an RA and climbed 500 ft, separation was lost between air carrier Y and aircraft X.
