Narrative:

After a normal ILS approach and landing, 6 tires blew and the #3 and #4 tires and rims were ground down about 6 inches. Maintenance discovered that the cable from the air brake handle to the air brake control valve had broken and that when we landed we had full air brakes applied. The air brakes bypass the anti-skid. Supplemental information from acn 516550: runway 9L was shut down for about 7 hours due to the aircraft being disabled.
