Narrative:

Incident is a flap overspd on approach to runway 14R at ord. On descent from 8000 ft to 7000 ft, we were slowing from 210 KTS to 170 KTS per ATC. We were configured at flaps 1 degree and moved flaps to 2 degrees at 205 KTS. Received flap ECAM message and aural warning for approximately 3 seconds. For flaps 2 degrees, airspeed limit by airbus is 200 KTS and air carrier limit is 190 KTS. We wrote up the overspd and maintenance performed an inspection. We do not know the outcome of that inspection. This incident occurred during the second leg on a day that had a show time very early in the morning. Fatigue may have been a factor.
