Narrative:
We received a new LOA, but no procedural change. However, this was in a binder for the controllers to sign acknowledgement of this information. However, this was not in the LOA binder with the new LOA. Solution: put LOA's in the proper binders.

Title: AN APCH CTLR COMPLAINED THAT THE REQUIRED LOA WAS NOT IN THE PROPER NOTEBOOK.
Narrative: WE RECEIVED A NEW LOA, BUT NO PROCEDURAL CHANGE. HOWEVER, THIS WAS IN A BINDER FOR THE CTLRS TO SIGN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THIS INFO. HOWEVER, THIS WAS NOT IN THE LOA BINDER WITH THE NEW LOA. SOLUTION: PUT LOA'S IN THE PROPER BINDERS.
