Narrative:

I taxied onto runway 20 wvi and made the appropriate call on 122.8 just as the globe called that he was turning onto a base for the same runway. I expedited my departure so as to allow the swift to land. However, he did not square his base and made a point of angrily doing a go around low and just above my right wing, dangerously interfering with my takeoff rotation. He then pulled left, holding down and slowed so as to interfere with my takeoff and initial climb, all the while complaining that I had caused him to go around. I feel that this sort of 'road rage' activity is totally out of place at any airport, especially at our very busy uncontrolled facility. Going around due to poor airmanship or any other event should not be cause to prove ownership of 'right-of-way' by using showy maneuvers to bolster the argument.
