Narrative:
ATC facility: gua approach. Location: aur VOR 090 degree radial. Thunderstorms just north of aur VOR. Deviated to east in attempt to approach aur from east, enter holding over aur to align for approach to runway 1. Could not enter holding as planned because of WX. Got clearance from ATC to hold on 090 degree radial, left turns at 16000 ft. During outbound turn, other air carrier flight was cleared to descend through our altitude causing a descending RA for us.

DURING OUTBOUND TURN, OTHER ACR FLT WAS CLRED TO DSND THROUGH OUR ALT CAUSING A DSNDING RA FOR US.
