Narrative:

C210 was cleared for ILS runway 5R. Aircraft received landing clearance while approximately 5 NM from greon LOM. TRACON received low altitude and notified me at local controller position to confirm C210 altitude. When given 'low altitude alert, check your altitude,' altitude indicates 600 ft. Pilot acknowledged affirmative. Pilot was instructed to climb and maintain 2000 ft. Pilot was later told to report GS interception and reclred for the approach.
