Narrative:

After receiving and acknowledging a 'cleared to take off' on runway 35, I executed a takeoff to north. Then the controller requested that my aircraft turn to a heading of 120 degrees and stay at or below 5500 ft. This was acknowledged by myself and executed. After 1-2 more mins, the controller stated that my aircraft was 'cleared for takeoff, a miscom.' I was already in the air and on the 120 degree heading. I contacted departure and it was confirmed to continue out of class B airspace toward hober. This was confirmed and executed.
