Narrative:

At about 100 ft AGL during our power recovery autorotation, I verified with the pilot that the throttle was 'wide open.' I then made sure myself and it was completely open. The plane was as normal and as we brought the skids level and did our initial pitch pull, the rotor RPM began to bleed off, no response from the engine. The needles were joined, but falling just before touchdown the collective was raised to cushion landing, rotor, RPM was at 80% and then the turbine took off running and we went from 40% torque to 28.3% torque as contact was made with the ground.
