Narrative:
On the commercial approach chart (teddy 2 arrival) (bdl.TEDY2) with all the DME readings identing the wipor intersection, I see the potential for a misread if told to cross wipor at 11000 ft. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter expressed his concern that the presentation of the 19 mi from both directions to define eagre intersection might be confused as a 19 DME from orw as the definition of the wipor intersection.
