Narrative:
Location: seatac airport, taxi pretkof. We were taxiing up to runway 16L on taxiway B. Tower cleared air carrier X into position and hold runway 16L. We repeated 'air carrier X position and hold runway 16L.' the checklist was completed up to the takeoff brief PA. We turned west on taxiway a. We completed the takeoff brief and before takeoff checklist to nose lights. Tower stated 'air carrier X hold short of runway 16R.' we held short of the runway. We realized we had taxied across runway 16L. An air carrier Y B737 landed on runway 16R approximately 1 min later. Tower cleared air carrier X into position and hold runway 16R and subsequently cleared us for takeoff.
