Narrative:

A second time, upon arrival of flight on apr/xa/01 in sfo from mia, I noticed the agent removing 2 portable bottles of oxygen from a first class closet. I was not aware these bottles of hazmat were on the flight. The departing agent in mia never gave me the paperwork or informed me that these oxygen bottles were on board the aircraft. Before departing mia, I, as the captain of the flight, had stopped by the podium to introduce myself to the agent and offered my services as captain of this flight and wanted to be made aware of any problems. According to air carrier manual and far's these oxygen bottles were boarded illegally without my knowledge and proper paperwork delivered to me as captain. This is not my first report/dangerous goods manifest concerning this same situation in mia. It would appear there is a total disregard for the importance of hazmat procedures and/or training -- especially in delivering the dangerous goods manifest to the captain of a flight.

Title: B767 CREW HAS HAD MIA GATE AGENTS VIOLATE COMPANY DANGEROUS GOODS PROCS ON MORE THAN 1 OCCASION.

Narrative: A SECOND TIME, UPON ARR OF FLT ON APR/XA/01 IN SFO FROM MIA, I NOTICED THE AGENT REMOVING 2 PORTABLE BOTTLES OF OXYGEN FROM A FIRST CLASS CLOSET. I WAS NOT AWARE THESE BOTTLES OF HAZMAT WERE ON THE FLT. THE DEPARTING AGENT IN MIA NEVER GAVE ME THE PAPERWORK OR INFORMED ME THAT THESE OXYGEN BOTTLES WERE ON BOARD THE ACFT. BEFORE DEPARTING MIA, I, AS THE CAPT OF THE FLT, HAD STOPPED BY THE PODIUM TO INTRODUCE MYSELF TO THE AGENT AND OFFERED MY SVCS AS CAPT OF THIS FLT AND WANTED TO BE MADE AWARE OF ANY PROBS. ACCORDING TO ACR MANUAL AND FAR'S THESE OXYGEN BOTTLES WERE BOARDED ILLEGALLY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND PROPER PAPERWORK DELIVERED TO ME AS CAPT. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST RPT/DANGEROUS GOODS MANIFEST CONCERNING THIS SAME SIT IN MIA. IT WOULD APPEAR THERE IS A TOTAL DISREGARD FOR THE IMPORTANCE OF HAZMAT PROCS AND/OR TRAINING -- ESPECIALLY IN DELIVERING THE DANGEROUS GOODS MANIFEST TO THE CAPT OF A FLT.
